We can provide full bookkeeping services along with the following:

  • Monthly Management Accounts provided from Sage Business Cloud
  • Income & Expenditure Statement / Annual Accounts – for sole traders at the end of your financial year
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Purchase and Sales Ledgers
  • Fixed Asset Register
  • Credit Control

VAT Returns

We can prepare your VAT calculations, complete your VAT Return and lodge online to HMRC using Sage Business Cloud.  Only available if we are providing you with full bookkeeping services. 

CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)

If you’re new to the CIS Scheme, we can assist with registering your business.

If you’re enrolled in this scheme, we can verify sub-contractors and ensure your returns are submitted online to HMRC. 

CIS Vouchers are provided to your sub-contractors.

CIS workings schedule is provided at the end of your financial year.

Payroll and Auto-Enrolment

We operate payroll using Sage Business Cloud Payroll Software

We can process your payroll weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your needs.  Payslips are provided and we ensure the Real Time Information (RTI) is submitted to HMRC.  We also ensure the payroll annual process is complete and provide reports as necessary.

We can assist with The Pensions Regulator Compliance process and setting up, and maintenance, of an auto-enrolment pension scheme.

**All employers must provide a workplace pension scheme. This is called ‘automatic enrolment’.  Your employer must automatically enrol you into a pension scheme and make contributions to your pension.  You can find out more information here:

Annual Accounts & Self Assessment Tax Return (SATR)

If you’re self-employed, we can provide you with your year end accounts to assist in the preparation, and submission of your Self Assessment Tax Return online to HMRC.

We produce your accounts, SATR and tax calculation for discussion with you prior to submission online to HMRC.

Note – if you fail to lodge a SATR by the deadline, you will incur an interest and penalty charge.

Local Authority Nursery / School Funds

Are you a local school with a fund in need of an independent financial check?  We are here to help!

We can provide an annual financial check of your nursery and school funds in line with your academic year or Local Authority financial year and you will be provided with a financial report and completion certificate.

Files can be collected and delivered locally.
